Logon Failure, only in one particular pc

ok, here’s the scenario:
user calls with a typical ” i can’t print” question, which happens to be a lil’ bit morer complicated tan it looks
she can’t log into the PDC form the pc, which is where the printers are installed and shared. if she logs into a diferent computer, everything works fine, if anybody else logs in to her computer everything works fine, when trying to explore the PDC i get this error: “\\”pdc” is not accessible. You might ot have the permission to use this network resource. contact the… Logon failure:account currently disable”

the account is not disable, because as i stated before, she can log in to any other computer with no problem
