logon failure the user has been granted the requested logon type

I can not access my sharing folders from other computers.In another PC, i tried Start>Run>\\my IP address, following error issued:”You might not have permission…
logon failure: the user has been granted the requested logon type at this computer”.
I checked Local Policy->user right assignment ->access this computer from the network is included Everyone
and deny access this computer from the network is unincluded Everyone.
File and printer sharing was installed.
Please help me access sharing folder?
