I recently clean installed MS server 2003 standard on our server. It is a domain server/controller. my client workstations are win xp pro and one xp home (I am not concerned w/ this one loggin in) and one win 7 pro. I have another one setup as a DNS server (considering removing). 5 of the 6 clients and the dns are joined to the domain no problems worked almost instantly. the win 7 does not see the domain server in any way shape or form except by IP address. But will NOT join. On the machines that have joined the domain they take 5-10 min to log on and apply settings. every night and occasionally throughout the day, they lose contact w/ the domain server and have to log off and back on. this is driving me nuts w/ the connectivity issues. Please help.
