Logon Screen on Win XP Pro

My client has peer to peer network with 3 computers running Windows XP Pro. My client want setup each computer so that all computer will go straight to Desktop screen without stopping at Logon Screen. Is that possible to do and still be logon into network. Each computer is mapped to each other local hard drive for sharing.
