Logon Script to Delete Files from Central Profile

We are expeiencing problems with the size of our users central roaming profiles. Due to the amount of cookies and recent files in the profile, it takes 60seconds to logon to a terminal server (as the files are copied from profile to the server).

I would like a basic script that deletes ‘Recent’ files and ‘cookies’ from their central profiles when a user logs on.
Any ideas?
