Logon Script Win Server 2003

Hi all …
I read your comment about logon script. i have find everywhere about a logon script i want to implement, but no result. So, if you would like to help me, this is my case.

Now, I’m using Novell Netware 4.11 (DOS Base)as Server. there, I can define a login script that can automatically run a .bat or .exe file ( application program ). Can I do that with Win Server 2003? If yes, how is it?
