Logon Scripts for XP

Hi, I am needing to create a script to be run on XP computers in our network, that will copy a file from one location to another location. But the big thing is that I only want the script to run on the users first log in of the day, not every time that they log in. If you have any idea of how to do this and can help me out that would be gret. Thanks.
