Logon to domain without creating a separte user account

Hello
I have a Window XP pro on my laptop which has the normal user logon.
I use my laptop at home for normal activities and also use it to logon to my clients server on their premises.

My problem is the client has create a separte account which on boot up of the laptop I have to choose to logon on to my home account or the clients.

This causes many problems for me.

Is there a way to just have one logon for all, and simply when I plug the lead in at the clients premises boot up the one account which will detect the shared drive that I need to access.

Does anybody know how I can configur my laptop to do this?
