Long term cache hits

I have a mixed NW5/5.1 WAN environment. On one of my 5.0 servers, long term cache hits are down around 81. All other servers in the tree are at 90 or better. This server has 1GB of memory. All I can find out is that more cache memory should be added. Any other ideas? Thanks.
