Longhorn Server – if and when?

I may be just plain ?out of it? but ? I have done some checking and cannot find information on when Windows Longhorn Server is scheduled for release. Am I correct in believing that this is the next server OS after 2003 and that it parallels Vista on the client side? If so, when is Longhorn Server scheduled for release? Is it out in beta yet?
