Look2Me Spyware

Hi
It’s been a while that my computer has been infected by this spyware and mind you NO ANTI-SPYWARE has been able to eradicate it! Although each time I run the advanced antivirus scanner, it detects and removes some instances of the adware. However, the next time I login the instances can be found again.
Is there some file in my computer that is causing this regeneration of the adware instance? Please guide suitably.
