Looking for a legacy laptop model

Does anyone know where I would be able to buy (preferably not online) a low-price laptop computer that with processor power in the range of 486DX2 to single-digit Pentium? Also, the laptop would need a sound card and have accessories like docking station, recharger, floppy disk drive, and low-speed CD-ROM (the last two either external or internal).
(I am looking for a machine that will be able to run my legacy games that no longer work or do not run as well on current-generation machines.)
