Looking for a new ISP

I’m looking for a new ISP. Our current ISP has been becoming unbearable with Internet Outages for different reasons.
I started to research ISP’s on my own online, but I have been bombarded by information and Sales calls EVERY Friday.
Can anyone recommend a good ISP for a small financial business of 100 Total users, heavily dependent on the Internet for al sorts of info.
