Looking for a PDF Application that Can Accurately Perform OCR on Scanned Do

Hi everyone! I frequently work with scanned PDF documents and need to convert them into editable text using OCR. I’ve tried a few OCR tools, but they haven’t been very accurate, especially when dealing with documents that have complex layouts or tables.

Could anyone recommend a PDF application with reliable OCR capabilities that works well on scanned documents? Ideally, I’d like something that can handle different fonts and layouts without too many errors.
