Looking for a solution

I have a fileshare on a server. For all files in this share I want the contents to NOT be visible to any other users bar one (Including the administrator of the server). Ie I need the contents to be encrypted so that an administrator can back up the files but cannot transcribe the contents. Can anyone think of a solution that would meet my needs. I am desperate
