Im looking for a proficient app developer who has a unique app idea that needs funding. ( for hair and beauty industry only )

Objectives, functionality and design for app should already be in place by developer.
Only seeking market validation or seed funding for further commercialization.

Requirement :

– Able to travel when required to discuss commercialization if app is viable or qualifies.
