looking for BACKUP/RESTORE solution

I’am looking for a BACKUP/RESTORE solution for my server IIS5 where I have multiple websites and some of them with frontpage 2002.
1) Do you know a great whole solution to restore easyly from a disaster?
2) Do you know a great control panel for mass NT webhosting?
