Looking for change from BPO

Hi,
I have done M.Sc(Physics) specialisation in electronics & B.Sc(PCM)+ 2.3yrs experience as procees executive in Backend process (BPO), want to know which course should do so that can make my career best,suggest me that course with which M.Sc should consider on my profile.

One of my friend suggested me to do SAP,what is it exactly & from which institute it should get done?
