Looking for developer partner for profit sharing

I own an outdated private forum. I am not a developer. I need help in modernizing the forum and monetization of the site. I used to sell subscriptions. Now I want to open it to the public but generate adv revenue. I need a developer partner for profit sharing.

The information in the forum is private research in New energy opportunities. I have a public blog on another public forum (a good model for us) with over 1.3 million reads. I want to use that blog to direct traffic to the newly monetized forum of our own.
