Looking for good documentation software

Hi, I’m looking for software than can document network, hardware, software, and all other aspects our clients systems. Would also be interested in it including some kind of help desk or trouble ticket and also change log functionality so we can keep track of everything that is done to the network servers, workstations, and whatnot. Does anybody have any experience with something like this or know of software that would fill these needs? Thanks for you help.
