Looking for good/reasonably priced network scanner.

I am looking for a decent scanner with a built-in network card for it to be shared over our small business network. Amazon suggests only a couple and are pretty expensive. Does anyone have a high opinion of any network scanners out there which are good for documents and perhaps under $600? Does not have to be super-high picture resolution.
