Looking for manufacturer of this MOBO

My motherboard is an excel 2000 PII/PIII with a slot A and socket 370 it has onboard sound , vga ,usb. It uses SIS chipset. I do not have an FCC ID for this board. Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer?
