Looking for open source digital signature software

Hello I am looking for an open source application that will allow users to sign documents digitally like docusign. I have reports that need to be printed out and signed phiscially and i want to get rid of the print outs and have something users can sign and approve documents online instead. If anyone knows of something I would be very grateful. Thank you..
