Looking for some good guides

I have seen some great guides on here and I am looking for me.

I work on an IT helpdesk/ServiceDesk for a larger company and I am looking for some guides, checklists or troubleshooting guides which could help me in my day to day job.

One I am looking for the most is things I should check when a customer is reporting they cannot access the network or internet.
