lose of internet connection

this is a work computer with 150 pc on network, my station i have on data port with a 5 port netgear router with two computers. computer a i working fine but computer b (which is virus free) keeps losing internet connection. error pops up stating ip conflict which isn’t true. if i run winsockxp fix and reboot it works fine for alittle bit. renewing the ip does nothing. anyone know what the problem could be and how to fix it.
