Losing System time

We have a netware 5.1 server. The time is correctly set in cmos. After about 1 or 2 days if we type in time at the system console we start losing 15 to 20 minutes a day. If we down the server and restart the time is still correctly shown in cmos. Any ideas on why the server is losing the correct time?
