Lossing Arcserve client connection

I am runnig a NW 411 with NDS and using Arcserve 6.5 Enterprise for backups from a NT server. We are using the client push agent for backing up the NDS tree and all right attributes on the files. My question is that for some reason the client agent dropps the connection to the backup server during the backup proces, and I wanted to know is there any way that I can work around this situation?
