Lotus Domino Webaccess logins?

Hey,

Having some problems with Domino webacces, whenever a user logs in and moves to another page within the same database it asks for username and password again. This happens everytime you click a document link to another doc in the same server. I have checked all the server settings and webserver settings and all appear to be fine, the only thing I can think of is the way our intranet is configured, as I am consulted to the Safety dept to setup DOmino IS are being very Anal about helping anyone got any ideas??
