Lotus Notes

I need to find out how to move a users address book file to a new PC without lossing the addresses. – I have copied the names.nsf from the old PC and copied to the new PC, but now I get an error message when going into the address book file. Error is “Invalid or non-existent document” – Can anyone help? Thanks!
