Lotus notes client setup

Hi,

we use Win2K/NT4/98 clients of notes.
I want to find a way in notes client version 4.6.7 to do part of the setup automatically.

How can I only select the notes ID file, and give in the password, and then have it create local replicas of the databases I want standard for users, and also fill in the location and connection databases.
Does anyone know a way?
