Lotus Notes Server/Client Bandwith

i need an answer to a very simple Question:
I have an 2Mbit Connection to an Notes Server (4.6a), how many Clients can connect to this Server with the Notes Client( 4.6 and 5.0)and work fluent.
What is the Workload to my WAN per Client Connection ?
