LSAS.BLASTER.KEYLOG

Anyone know how to remove lsas.blaster.keylog? A coworker has it on his machine and the most recent Norton 360 doesn’t even detect it. I have him installing malwarebytes now to give that a try, but I have a feeling it won’t work. I’ve read some articles that claim its installed via other fake security software, but he’s unable to open the add/remove programs dialog box for me to try to uninstall that way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
