m/b for AMD Dual Core

What model motherboard would be best suitable for an AMD Dual Core 4200+ CPU? I prefer either MSI or FoxConn. I might consider GigaByte brand also. I need AGP slot to be on the board as I don’t care to go for a PCIex just yet, my current VGA is still quite new.
