M. Eng. or BSc. ?

Hey folks, just a quick question regarding education. Hoping to be either a software engineer or maybe a systems analyst and in year 2 computer science. I was on BSc (4 years undergrad) but have transferred to the MEng (5 years integrated masters degree). While I was pleased to get the offer of transferring to this course, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the extra year (and extra cost!) will be worth it in the long term reg. career prospects ? Or should I just take my BSc and run !
