Mac File Share on Server 2003 R2 – Where is it???

I’m running into a wall here trying to figure out where Microsoft put the UAM Volume on the R2 release of Server 2003. I have 20-Server 2003(standard) boxes and 3-Server 2003 R2 boxes. I have setup Mac file sharing on half of the Server 2003 boxes and everything works as advertised. But when I try on the R2 version, I never get the Microsoft UAM Volume or the option to “Configure File Server for Macintosh” under Computer Management. The server is set up as a File Server and the Mac File Server components have been loaded.
