MAC filtering on Cisco 2924 XL switch

Is it possible to filter MAC addresses on a Cisco 2924XL switch? Ideally i want to create a VLAN that will only be for two computers. And those two computers will only work in those ports assigned to them via MAC filtering. Is this possible?
