Mac Help

Can somebody recommend a good Mac OS X 10.4 Cleaning Utility? Something equivalent to Ccleaner for windows perhaps? Preferably free.

I am not very ?Mac Friendly? but unfortunately I am responsible for maintaining about 10 macs on our network.
