Mac OS Ventura 13.4 cant handle H264 422 @120 fps anymore

I am baffled, after updating this file format, recording on A7SIII cant be handled on a M1 Max Macbook any longer. Either Quicktime, Resolve, or any other software cant use this format any longer. Does anyone else experience this issue after updating?
