Mac to Windows Wi-Fi question

I have a small network with one DC that is my only DHCP server, and I have only one wireless access point for our small building. Two modern Macs running the latest OS X can access the web fine via my wireless network, but they can only find other devices (such as printers) when plugged into the wired network. Windows laptops are just fine and act the same wireless or wired – no problem printing. I need to resolve this so my Mac users can print while running wireless. Any ideas? (I do not have any subnets. All addresses are in the 192.168.1.xxx range, including the wireless access point.)
