Macs on my NT 4.0 Network.

My macs on my NT 4.0 network cannot get on the internet. I have had them on the internet before, by appplying service pack 5 for my BDC and sp1 for proxy server. I know my problem lies somewhere with the proxy server, but i don’t know what it is.I had it working before, but then i had to reboot the server and they won’t come back on and neither did my pc’s. I had to reinstall the proxy client software on the pc’s and then turn off the proxy in the internet explorer options and then they worked. Each time i reboot the BDC the proxy does not work corectly. I don’t know why. What changes when i reboot the machine? This has happened a few times now, each time i have been able to bring back the MAcs onto the internet but this time has been a little more difficult. Now that i have installed these service packs so many times that i am wondering if I should rebuild the BDC and start over. All it is really is my access to the internet and as well as I run my testing centre through it. No files are kept on it. What are your suggestions? Thanks
