Mail Archive in Exchange 2000 Server

Hi All,

Does anybody has idea of how to Archive mail into pst for individual user date/month/year wise in exchange 2000 Server.

We have almost 4 years of mail in user mailbox this has made our mail access very slow. These mails are required for reference so can not be deleted.

Any body has idea of mail Archive in exchange 2000 Server.
