Mail list manager on NT???? (**URGENT**)

Well.. I’m having the following problem… and I will be very glad if someone could help me.. 🙂
I have to set up a mail list server… but, i must find a server that works with a SQL database so we can change it via asp forms… does someone knows a mail server that fits on my needs??
