Mail transfer from mac mail to outlook for mac

How can I transfer all my emails from mac mail to outlook for mac.
I have recently installed outlook 2011 for mac and need to transfer all my emails including the sub-folders that I have made in mac mail. There are 10 years of emails saved and I don’t have any idea how can I move these emails from mac mail to outlook 2011 for mac.
