Mailbox Management Scheduling

I created a recipient policy within Exchange 2003 to automatically delete items from users deleted items folder. I then created a schedule on the Exchange server by customizing it to run on Mondays at a specific time. The issue I have is setting it to run every other Monday? I don’t see where I have this option?
