Make an ASR floppy/cd without the data

I like the ASR utitlity in Windows XP and 2003 but it wants tobackup all of the data on the OS partitition. I do not need that since I run nightly backups. I would like to make a floppy/cd that will get my server or system up and runnign again and then restore from tape. How can I make an ASR disk without all of the data?
