Making a RamDrive in win2k

Making a RamDrive in win2k
i am hunting for a way to make a ramdrive in win2k.. having problems with trying to modify my config.sys.. i open it in notepad and its empty to start out with..
i put in this line to make a ramdrive.. got this from a website
devicehigh=ramdrive.sys /E 256000

hoping to make a 250 meg ram drive.. i have a gig of ram so its no big deal for me but i cant get it to work.. help in solving my problem would b greatfully appreciated
might not b hard to some of u geniuses but i really need to know.. want to have super fast drive for many reasons haha
