Making an existing Windows OS run under VMWare

If I understand correctly, to get my existing, running Windows XP to run under VMWare, I simply need P2V, Right?

If I want to do the same thing in XEN, what tool can make that Running windows in to a “container” that will run in XEN?

Lastly, if an ISO can be booted and run within a VM (both VMWare and XEN)does anyone know how to make my running Windows an ISO?
