Making internet free!

Hi.
My ISP made some of the applications on android and websites free for advertising so the amount of my data won’t decrease
I was wonder how can i use those applications’ ips or servers or…. to make the whole internet free.
Do you think using them as proxies or somthing like that will be helpful or what you suggest?
