Managed detection and response provider recommendation

Hi everyone, I’m looking for recommendations on reliable managed detection and response (MDR) services. Our organization is keen on enhancing our security posture and ensuring prompt threat detection and response. I heard (spammed name removed by moderator edit) is best.
