Management Console issues

When looking at all our servers, we can go through Management Console, go into Shared folder, look at sessions which there tells us the connections and how many open files there are, and thus we can go into open files and see the files. This works for all but one server. We can see the open sessions and it tells us that there are x number of files open but when we go into open files there is nothing? How can we fix this?
